Plato was an ancient Greek philosopher who studied under Socrates and later founded one of the world's first schools, the Academy in Athens. He wrote his ideas as dialogues — conversations between characters — exploring justice, truth, and the ideal society. His student Aristotle went on to become one of history's greatest thinkers too.
